Healing in Practice: Honoring Story, Solidarity, and Hope (Part 1 of Series)
Register HERE for Healing in Practice: Honoring Story, Solidarity, and Hope
As part of CORE’s community of practice, this two-part healing series invites people engaged in food justice and racial equity work to pause, reconnect, and practice care within community. The work of tending to land, food systems, and justice often carries emotional and relational labor. These sessions create space for reflection, grounding, storytelling, and collective dialogue.
Facilitated by Kolia Souza, participants will gather to reflect on their journeys in the work, recognize shared experiences, sit with the tensions that arise in movement work, and nurture solidarity and hope.
Session Dates
Friday, April 17 | 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET
Friday, June 5 | 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET
**As this is a series that builds onto the previous, participants must participate in part 1 of this series to attend part 2.
No registration is available for part 2**
This space is designed for farmers, farm workers, land stewards, food systems practitioners, organizers, and advocates engaged in food justice and racial equity work.
